Welcome to Yorkshire Wolds Photography and Glamping. We are a family run business offering a variety of photography courses and photo shoots. We also run a Glamping (Glamorous Camping) site which comprises of 5 old railway wagons which we are renovating in to luxury accommodation, 4 unique camping pods made from old shipping containers and a range of brand new communal facilities to make your stay more comfortable - it's everything you want from camping just without you having to bring a tent !
We are based in the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds village of Weaverthorpe which is just 15 minutes drive from the coast, close to a number of fantastic locations including the majestic Castle Howard, Wharram Percy deserted Medieval village, Wolds Way Lavender farm, the picturesque seaside town of Whitby, the atmospheric Yorkshire Moors with its steam railway made famous in the Harry Potter films and Goathland where Heartbeat was filmed. Dalby Forest, well known for its superb mountain biking terrain and beautiful trails is just a short drive away as is the historic City of York with its stunning architecture. For nature enthusiasts, the RSPB site Bempton Cliffs is also nearby. Weaverthorpe is close to the Wolds Way route and the rolling hills make it popular for cyclists and walkers alike.
We believe that it is the ideal base for our photography courses and with our pods on site why not stay for a few days and make the most of your time here.
